About NASL
The National Association for the Support of Long Term Care (NASL) is a trade association founded in the Fall of 1989 by advocates of professional medical services to long term care facilities. NASL now represents the legislative and regulatory interests of over 100 companies providing ancillary services, therapy, products, medical supplies, diagnostic testing and information systems for the long term, post acute and homecare industries. NASL members benefit from the full time Washington representation with the firm of Polsinelli Shugart, PC, access to Congressional and Agency leadership, critical healthcare updates, education conferences and an unwavering commitment to advocacy. NASL is the leading national organization that speaks for providers and suppliers in long term care, offering members a wealth of resources to help in day-to-day business decisions. All NASL members participate on a task-force specific committee. The purpose of each committee is to identify, prioritize and address issues relating to particular sects in healthcare policy. NASL has identified four key committees to organize our efforts:
The NASL mission is to represent providers and suppliers on healthcare policy and advocate for high-quality, cost-effective care. The commitment to our membership and to the residents and patients they serve is strong. At NASL, members are given control, strength and power, giving you a solid, single voice for a real change.
